At 'Designing Life' and More...

Hey friends... I am guest-posting for a very dear Friend-Relative-FellowBlogger Sonam over at Designing Life. You should definitely check out her site if you are looking for some awesome ideas.

Sonam asked me to share more about the Candles and Rangoli I made for Diwali. This is what I'll be talking about.

Hope to see you there :)

I am no techie but I have a husband who is completely drenched with stuff that is anywhere related to technology. Now, that makes my life easier! He reads (almost) all the news available on the internet, filters it and forwards the ones he knows I will be interested in.

So, when he came back from office yesterday, he told me about this new service by Vonage. Vonage already lets me make (un)limited free calls to India (and several other countries), at a monthly charge, ofcourse! What more? Vonage now allows you to extend this service to one more number- Vonage Extension. That means, we can now avail the Vonage services on mobiles as well :)

Easy steps to follow via Vonage Extensions.

How to register your Extension phone:
  1. Sign up for Vonage home service.
Current customers, skip to step 2.
  2. Log in to your Vonage online account.
  3. Select the Features tab, click the Extensions link, register one additional phone number from which you would like to make internaional calls and select a PIN.

How to make international calls using your Extensions:
  1. Dial your access number from your registered phone.
  2. Enter your PIN.
  3. Dial the international destination number.

SIMPLE!! Register, if you haven't already!

  5. @Nayana: Yes, these candles are really easy to make. I just painted the tea-light candles with acrylic paint and used glitter tubes to make the design. That's it! Easy, isn't it?
